
Daniel G. Kelley, Ph.D.
Clinical Director
Dr. Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and Indiana. He received his doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Kelley completed a residency with the Department of Clinical Psychology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago and a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (Shirley Ryan AbilityLab).
Dr. Kelley specializes in the assessment and treatment of individuals with chronic pain, head injury, and various medical/neurological disorders, as well as the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Dr. Kelley has presented seminars and training programs on topics relative to behavioral health, acute and post-traumatic stress disorders, and psychological issues in chronic pain, worker’s compensation, and disability management. He has conducted training and consultation services with many Chicago area organizations including the Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services, the Chicago Bears, Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, Illinois Secretary of State, City of Chicago Department of Law, Illinois Self-Insurers Association, Amalgamated Transit Unions, City of Chicago Office of Compliance, Cambridge Integrated Services Group, and Interactive Health Solutions, as well as both plaintiff and defense workers compensation and personal injury law firms. Dr. Kelley also provides Independent Medical Examinations (IME) and case consultation services for employers, insurers, case managers, and plaintiff and defense attorneys in civil litigation.
Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Psychological Association, Illinois Psychological Association, Midwest Pain Society, and the Association for Scientific Advancement in Psychological Injury and Law.
